Kody Coyote learns when it's okay to be loud and when he should be quiet.

Kody is a LOUD pup. When a rare mountain bluebird comes to the neighborhood, Kody gets so excited that his LOUD voice scares the bird away before it can sing its song. Kody and his family are disappointed they didn't hear the bird's beautiful song. Will Kody learn to use his inside voice before the bird returns? Will he ever be able to use his outside voice?

Kody doesn't like to share. When he finds a perfect hedge apple in the neighborhood, he plays while his sisters Cora and Laura can only watch,  wishing Kody will let them have some fun, too. Mama suggests they play toss and catch with each other. Mama is right! The coyote pups all have fun sharing and playing together. Kody learns the important lesson that sharing can be more fun than playing by himself. Who will he include next in the game?

Kody  Coyote is a very high-energy pup. He is always running, jumping, and playing games. Sitting still is difficult. When the family is surrounded by a flock of butterflies, they enjoy it when the butterflies come and land on their noses, except for Kody. He really wants a butterfly to land on his nose too, but it's just so hard for him to stay still. His  sisters move in to help. Will he be able to sit still long enough for a  butterfly to land on him? 

 Kody Coyote is a brave pup. He is also impatient. 

When Papa takes  Kody and his sisters to the river for an important safety lesson, Kody  forgets to wait for his turn and causes his sister’s safety to be at  risk! Will everyone be all right? Will Kody learn the important life  lesson of waiting his turn?

Kody Coyote is a talented competitor and athlete. During a competition, he sees bad behavior from other athletes and has to decide what to do.
